1. Who we are
Sunward Japan LLC (Representative Member: Shohei Nagatsuka; “we”) handles personal information obtained through enquiries in accordance with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information, other applicable law, and this policy. We are based in Shibuya, Tokyo. Our full address is given without delay on request to the contact below.
2. What we collect, and why
The name, email address and message you send us by email. We use them only to answer your enquiry, to communicate about and carry out work or purchases you have asked for, and to meet our legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We do not pass your information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. Where the work requires it, such as shipping, we give carriers and similar contractors the information they need.
4. How it is kept
Personal information is handled by one person only, the representative, and we take the measures needed to prevent leaks and loss. For email we use Google Workspace, provided by Google LLC (United States). Further detail is available on request.
5. Cookies and analytics
This site currently uses no analytics tools and no advertising cookies. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which sends your IP address and similar technical data to Google.
6. Your requests, and contact
To ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, restricted or deleted, or to raise a concern, write to us by email. We will confirm your identity and respond promptly as the law provides. There is no fee.
